Last updated: 30 September 2026
This privacy policy explains how AVAIO Ltd (company number 06488818, registered in England and Wales) (“AVAIO”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information when you visit avaio.co.uk, contact us, or use our services. We are the data controller for this information.
Email info@avaio.co.uk, call 01622 677677, or write to us at Union Park, Bircholt Road, Maidstone, Kent ME15 9XT.
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted suppliers who help us run our business and deliver our services - for example our IT, email, hosting, helpdesk and remote-support providers, network and telecoms carriers, and our accountants - and only as much as they need. We may also share information where the law requires it.
Some suppliers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contract clauses.
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up. We keep customer records for the length of our relationship and then for as long as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. We keep job applications for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
We’re an IT security business, and we protect your information with the same care we apply for our clients - including access controls, encryption, multi-factor authentication and regular updates. We’re Cyber Essentials certified.
You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to ask us to transfer it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To use any of these rights, contact us using the details above.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
